Our pricing is short on purpose. One static page is RM500. Up to three is RM1,000. Anything bigger, we talk first. No hourly meter, no surprise invoice at the end. Here's why we do it that way.
Hourly billing punishes the wrong people
When you bill by the hour, the slower the work, the more you earn. That quietly rewards inefficiency and makes clients nervous to ask questions, because every email feels like it's running a meter. We didn't want our customers second-guessing whether a phone call was going to cost them. A flat price removes that anxiety completely. You know the number before we start.
Most small sites are a known quantity
After building enough sites, a one-page or three-page project stops being a mystery. We know roughly how long the design, build, content and SEO setup take. So we can name a fair fixed price with confidence instead of hiding behind an estimate that balloons later.
A price you can trust is worth more than a price that looks cheap and grows.
What the flat price includes
For a single page (RM500) or up to three pages (RM1,000) of web design in Kota Kinabalu, you get the whole thing finished, not a starting point:
- Custom design in your brand, not a stock template dropped on your logo.
- A site that works properly on phones, which is where most of your visitors are.
- Basic, honest SEO setup so you can actually be found.
- A contact method that works, whether that's a form, WhatsApp, or a call button.
When we say "let's talk" instead of giving a number
Some projects genuinely aren't fixed-size. A shop with a product catalogue, a booking system, a site that needs a content management system, or ongoing monthly SEO. For those, a flat number printed on a page would be dishonest. So we scope it together, agree on the work, and then give you a clear price for that specific job. Still no hourly meter, just a price matched to real scope.
The short version
We'd rather quote a fair price, do the work well, and have you recommend us, than nickel-and-dime a project and never hear from you again. Flat pricing is how a two-person studio earns trust without a sales team.
